Follows Lacy Stoltz, an investigator for the Florida Board on Judicial Conduct. She's used to handling minor complaints about corrupt judges—until a mysterious whistleblower contacts her with explosive allegations: a corrupt female judge is deeply embedded in organized crime and profiting from a casino run by a Native American tribe. Billions are being siphoned off illegally.

The judge is allegedly involved in money laundering, racketeering, and murder, and the whistleblower claims to have damning evidence. As Lacy and her partner dig deeper, they uncover a dangerous web of criminal enterprise, judicial misconduct, and violent retaliation. The deeper they go, the more dangerous it becomes—for them and anyone who gets too close to the truth.
