In this fourth installment of the Flying Fergus series, Fergus and his teammates, the Hercules' Hopefuls, are gearing up for the District Championships. Despite their second-hand bikes, they are determined to compete against the superior Wallace's Winners. However, Fergus becomes suspicious when rival coach Choppy Wallace offers them brand-new bikes. Meanwhile, Fergus is also concerned about his mum's behavior and suspects she might be falling in love with someone. With the help of his friends Princess Lily and Unlucky Luke, Fergus embarks on an adventure to uncover the truth and ensure fairness in the competition.
