Archie McBudge is in for a wild surprise when he and his mum are called to Honeystone Hall in the Scottish village of Dundoodle. Archie has unexpectedly inherited not only the grand estate but also the famous McBudge Confectionery Company from his Great-Uncle Archibald. But it’s not all sweet treats and celebrations—something spooky is going on. Strange letters, peculiar clues, and odd apparitions plague the hall. Archie soon realizes that to secure his inheritance, he must puzzle out the secrets hidden behind ghostly happenings, cryptic riddles, and suspicious relatives. With help from his new friends, Fliss and Billy, Archie races to solve the mysteries before the chocolate empire (and his future) melts away.
