The Magic Finger is about a young girl with a magical finger that activates when she gets angry. Upset by her neighbors, the Gregg family, who enjoy hunting animals, she accidentally uses her magic to turn them into bird-sized humans with wings. The Greggs experience life as birds and are even threatened by ducks who take over their home. After learning how it feels to be hunted, the Greggs vow never to hunt again. The girl’s magic turns them back to normal, and they become kind and animal-loving.
