Follows Eustace Scrubb and his schoolmate Jill Pole, who are sent to Narnia on a quest to rescue Prince Rilian, who has been missing for years. Guided by the gloomy but wise Marsh-wiggle Puddleglum, they journey through underworlds, face enchantments, and confront a malevolent ruler in a cavernous domain.
