Winnie the Witch receives a flying carpet from her sisters. Initially struggling to find something nice to say about it in her thank-you letter, Winnie decides to give the carpet one last chance. However, disaster strikes when the carpet swoops off with her cat, Wilbur, as its unwilling passenger. The carpet heads straight for a funfair, subjecting Wilbur to a series of crazy rides. Winnie must resort to magic to stop the carpet in its tracks and rescue her beloved moggy. Then, ever resourceful, she finds a wonderful way to enjoy the carpet in the safety of her own garden
