At BooksFirst.Africa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Books must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and materials.

Exclusions: Digital products, personalized items, or books marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Contact Us: Email us at sales@booksfirst.africa with your order number and reason for return to request a return authorization.

Pack the Item: Securely package the book(s) in the original packaging, including any accompanying materials.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided in the return authorization email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, based on your preference, within 5-7 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the item.
Refunds
