When the Headless Horseman makes a much-hyped appearance at Everwell’s Emporium to launch a new fragrance called “Decapitation pour l’Homme”, things go badly wrong: during the event, his head is stolen. Furious, his overbearing gargoyle manager demands action. Eefa Everwell turns to Luke, Resus, and Cleo (the heroes of Scream Street) to help solve the mystery. Meanwhile, Luke has his own quest—to track down the ancient skull belonging to Scream Street’s first ever skeleton. As the trio digs deeper, they discover Sir Otto Sneer is up to no good, creating a Frankenstein-style monster to scare them off and force them to hand over four relics tied to the origins of Scream Street. With danger, monsters, and a race against time, Luke and his friends must use courage, wits, and teamwork to recover the stolen head, protect the relics, and make sure they literally get to keep their heads.
