Henry IV, Part 1:
King Henry IV faces rebellion while his son, Prince Hal, spends time with the fun-loving Falstaff. As the kingdom is threatened by rebels, Prince Hal transforms from a carefree youth into a brave leader, proving he’s ready to rule.
 
Henry IV, Part 2:
The aging King Henry IV struggles with his failing health and political troubles. Prince Hal matures, distancing himself from Falstaff, and prepares to become king. The play ends with the king’s death and Hal’s ascension as King Henry V.
